Due to COVID-19 no returns or exchanges are accepted. Upon review of the issue a store credit may be awarded if deemed appropriate. 24 hour notification of the issue is required upon receipt of the item in order to be reviewed.

No, we do not currently have a physical store. We operate solely online.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Pick-up and delivery windows vary, upon purchase there is a 48 hour time allotment available for retrieval. After this window the item will be restocked. To hold items for 48 hours for pick up the item must be paid in full. Please contact us directly if PayPal is not a viable payment option for you.

No, we also accept credit/debit cards, CashApp, and Cash. These forms of payment are only accepted for local Delivery and pick-up orders.

Orders requiring shipping will be shipped via USPS, for expedited requests please contact us directly for rates prior to your purchase. All orders ship out within 48 hours of cleared payment.
